The Brevard Zoo is home to more than 550 animals representing 165 species from across the globe. It boasts several unique sections, including Expedition Africa, where visitors can hand-feed giraffes, the “Paws On Animal Study Zone,” an interactive playground, and Wildside Encounters, which affords a behind-the-scenes tour with one of the zookeepers. It is located just north of Baytree National Golf Links.
